They are only blocks East of I35 in Austin's vibrant East Side. The building is a mixture of commercial space and residential space, with a unique and modern facade. There are 6 commercial units and 20 residential units in the East Village Condos.

Floor plans include one bedroom units starting at 832 square feet, and two bedroom units with 1,025 square feet and three bedroom units with over 1,300 square feet. Residential units have private balconies, access to the roof-top deck and elevator service. Many of the units have downtown views.
